The Foundation For Family Victims Of Substance Abuse is a Federally Recognized Charity under section 501(C)(3) of the Department Of The Treasury, Internal Revenue Service code.
The Foundation was founded in 1994 (as TFS Association, Inc.); changed its name in 1997, received its Advanced Ruling as a Public Charity in October 1999 and received its Final Ruling on April 5, 2004.
A M Ministries is the Spiritual component of The Foundation, addressing spiritual issues relating to the general public nationally and internationally.
Joy Comes and Independent Voices (Radio and Television), are outreaches of A M Ministries and The Foundation For Family Victims Of Substance Abuse. The Triumphant Church (an International Fellowship) and God's Generals are the names of Mission Departments within A M Ministries, Inc. (Church Structure).
The Foundation has been approved by the Internal Revenue Service to receive donations and to give Tax Deductible Receipts for Donations under its Federal Tax ID Number.
