The air is thin where eagles fly and everyone can not go there.
While we attempt to prepare ourselves for some of the external issues we may face, I want to take a little time and address some potential issues within-- for Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of our faith.
God never allows us to remain weak, the word says, "where you are weak, that is where I will make you strong"-- get ready to be strengthened.
In order to move and be elevated in the things of God, we must be ready to face what we have or do not have within (both good and not-so-good). We must look critically at ourselves, for there may be areas in which adjustments must be made. Begin to evaluate your integrity as never before.
- Are you trustworthy-- can a Leader count on you or can someone follow you?
- Is your word true-- are you steadfast and unmovable when you give your word?
- Do you need a "babysitter"-- are you mature enough to follow-through?
- Are you quick to promise and equally as quick to go back on the promise?
- Are you self-seeking, do you habitually start out an assignment with the question what’s in it for me-- or how can I use this for my own advancement?
- In completing a task, how dependent on others are you, can you follow instructions?
- Have you learned to eat meat, or do you still need milk-- are you growing concurrently to the word of God you have received?
- Have you evaluated your "fruit" the word says "you will know the tree by its fruit." Does your life give a true representation of who you really are?
- Are you dependable?
- How is your temperament, do you fly-off-of-the-hook easily (are you known for speaking your mind)?
- Are you overly-sensitive (are you a cry-baby), fearful, critical of others, impatient, or too direct?
- Have you learned Spiritual Authority (you must be UNDER authority before you can be IN authority)?
- Are you getting in the way of your own advancement because you push too hard, or don't motivate yourself at all?
- Is everything that doesn't turn out the way you wanted-- someone else's fault?
- Do you arrive early or are you the last one in-- bringing up the rear?
- Do you move out when you hear the voice of the Lord, or do you sit and wait for someone to push you out?
- Are your responsibilities in service to others increasing or decreasing (are you being promoted or demoted)?
- Do you work "as unto the Lord" -- do you look at each task like you were submitting it to Jesus Christ himself?
- What are your goals? Are you planning on using the things you are learning, or is this simply a phase you are going through?
- Do you really know that you are called AND chosen-- for many are called, few are chosen?
I want to challenge each and everyone of you, to not only read this but do the work. Look at yourself, judge yourself, (if you judge yourself, you will not be judged) and answer these questions about yourself.
I will be conducting Seminars soon and hope to see you there.
So in the mean time... let's lift each other in prayer, set our faces like flint toward the future and rest now, for when it is day no man can rest, as the Army of the Lord we must be ready to move out.
Hey, I'm just saying "the air is thin where eagles fly and everyone can't go there".

There is nothing left to it but to do it!
The Body of Christ has been in preparation for the last decade with the intention of receiving "the" promise from God. To each of us that promise has been different, you know what you have been asking for.
You have studied, sign up, signed out, up loaded, down loaded, prayed, fasted, stood in prayer lines, laminated, received a word.
You have cried, rejoiced, fasted, moaned, interceded, exhorted, edified, comforted, sowed, sacrificed, stayed up late, given more. Looked to the hills, learned lessons on being it, meditated and confessed it.
You have held conferences and seminars about it, Watched every video and training tape you could find about it. You have written and read blogs about it. You have researched and clicked on links, followed and forwarded, replied, and text, twitted, and podcast-ed.
You have joined in and logged out, blasted your friends, joined their teams, and enlarged your social network. Shared it, envisioned yourself doing it, dreamed about it, had visions of it.
NOW!
There is nothing left to it but to do it!
You don’t have to ask anyone you know it’s time. The Word tells us for everything there is a time and a season. Yours has finally arrived.
If there are any final touches you need to add to your dream or vision, ministry assignment or kingdom business. If there are any final strings that must be cut, relationships relinquished, if there are any problems that you have not resolved, now is the time to do it.
The Spirit is rallying the church because the time to move out has arrived.
When the time came for the children of Israel to leave Egypt God instructed them to borrow gold and silver from their neighbors, it was those items which he used to build his temple.
You have been in the gathering stage up to this time, we have moved out of the safety of what we knew, we have wandered through the wilderness, and crossed over into our land, now it is time to begin to build that which he placed in your heart. It is time for Grand Openings, Open Houses, Announcements, Invitations, and ribbon cuttings.
It is time to begin to experience what was promised because there is nothing left to it but to do it!
If you understand this then you know you are an Eagle. Get ready to Fly!

The air is thin which eagles fly and everyone can not go there.
Back Seat Drivers... this term was used to describe a person who was usually a passenger in a car; who felt the need to instruct the driver on where the car was to go, how fast to drive, where to turn, when to break, in short how to drive.
Usually the Back Seat Driver, didn't own the car, they didn't pay the note nor the insurance on the car. Did not have to maintain the car, with oil, gas, tune-ups. They didn't provide any assistance on the up-keep, when it was time to wash and wax the car, they were no where to be found, nor were they the first one out of the car to help if it broke down.
Their sole purpose was to instruct the one who was in charge. The usual course of events was the driver simply ignored them, with the understanding that they were just "bossy". On occasion there would be a small upheaval as the unwanted and many times unwarranted instruction was heard. Usually it's outcome was nothing that would not be soon forgotten, if not joked about.
Usually the Back Seat Driver was just so used to voicing their opinion , that sometimes it just seeped out almost without their even being aware of it.
The problem occurred when that Back Seat Opinion was followed and it was not the right place to turn, their take on how fast the car was going was incorrect, they yelled stop too late, or they didn't know how to drive at all.
Watchman Nee wrote a book on Spiritual Authority-- the premise is that "All authority is given by God". In resisting the authority that you have been placed under you are actually resisting God.
I frequently read blogs, see YouTube videos on noted Pastors and /or celebrities, posted by undeniable "Back Seat Drivers" who wouldn't have a clue on where to start, how to proceed, what to do, or when to do it. They haven't started anything, have nothing to show for their time on the earth, but their critical view of another, and how they should live their lives, raise their children, or run their organizations.
I say... Mr. or Ms. Back Seat Driver get up and get your own car.
To the Drivers who have successfully navigated strong winds, torrential rains, circumvented accidents, missed striking pedestrians, paid the car notes, insurance bills, made it to the shop when something didn't sound right, all on your own, without anyone telling you what to do, and when to do it, Bravo!!
Keep on Driving you are doing a great job.
If you are thinking about buying a car, count the cost. Remember this, you don't have to allow back seat drivers to ride-- there are things called bus stops.
